Ixtapa, Mexico: Multi-Cultural Conference!
Carol Gaab owns the company (TPRS Publishing) that sponsors this conference. She had a NICE welcome for everyone right away in the morning. The workshops ran all morning: I did TPR Storytelling for beginners, Jason Fritze did TPR Storytelling for experienced teachers, and the rest of the pariticipants took Spanish (either Beginning or Intermediate Spanish). Kristi Placido, Leslie Davison, Scott Benedict and Carol herself round out the group of presenters/ trainers.
Michael and I brought our grandson Nikita for the week. Nik was very interested in two little girls: one with a British mom and the other is a little Chinese girl. I love the international/cosmopolitan atmosphere of this conference.
